Restrict what members see
By default every member who can open the Time Machine sees everyone’s chips and availability. Two company settings narrow that for members who are not Managers or Admins. They are company-wide MTX settings, changed by whoever manages your company’s MTX settings.
In Nilear at app.nilear.com, open Settings, My Tickets, then the Interface part:

Managers and Admins always see everyone.
One member at a time
Section titled “One member at a time”Each member’s own availability rights are set on the Members page in Nilear’s account area at my.nilear.com: Account, Members, the Classic settings tab:
- Availability board: whether the member is listed on the board at all;
- Availability status: whether they may change Anyone’s status, Update own only, or See own only.
