Choose a day

Under the Efficiency Chips header:

• click « (Move Backward a Day) or » (Move Forward a Day). From a Monday, back goes to the previous Friday, skipping the weekend; forward never passes today;
• or click the calendar icon and pick a date.

The chips load that day, and the header shows its weekday.

Choose a moment

The timeline above the board runs from midnight to midnight, with your working day as a brighter band. On today, the part after the present minute is hatched as still to come and cannot be chosen.

To choose a minute:

• drag the yellow handle; the time under your pointer is shown as you move;
• or click an hour mark, such as 12:00p, to jump to it;
• or, in the strips view, drag the line across the rows, or click the hour axis above them.

With the handle focused, the arrow keys move a minute, fifteen with Shift held, and Page Up and Page Down an hour; Home and End go to midnight and the latest minute.

While a past moment is chosen, the board shows each member as they were then: their unavailable status and since when, the tickets they had In Progress, or when they last stopped working, and their working hours that day. The chips’ status dots show the status at that moment too.

Replay the day

Use the controls left of the timeline:

Control	Does
Back one minute, Forward one minute	Steps one minute.
Play backwards, Play forwards	Plays the day. Press again to go faster: 1, 5, 10, 15, then 30 minutes a second. The speed is shown on the button.
Stop	Stops playing.

Playing stops at either end of the day, and when you move the handle yourself.

Return to live

• On today, click LIVE, or move the handle to the present minute.
• On a past day, click Return Live, beside the date.

From a member’s details

In a member’s day report, click the start or end of a stretch in the table: the Time Machine moves to that day and moment and the details close. See Open a member’s details.
