Client Mapper
Client Mapper puts your clients’ sites on a map, chosen by what you describe. Type a sentence such as “Managed clients in Pennsylvania with an active agreement”, check what Client Mapper understood, and open the map. Save it to share with your team, and open it again any day: it always shows your clients as they are in ConnectWise now.

What you can do with it
Section titled “What you can do with it”- Describe a map in a sentence, or build it condition by condition: company type, status, territory, market, marketing group, custom fields, site location, agreements and contacts.
- Find clients near a place: every client with a site within a number of miles of a postal code or of another client’s site, nearest first.
- Plan on-site work: show the open tickets that need an on-site visit, and the on-site visits already scheduled, and find the clients near each one.
- See your team: your offices and where your technicians live, as layers on any map.
Who it is for
Section titled “Who it is for”- Account managers and owners, who want to see their clients by type, agreement or region, for visits, events or mailings.
- Dispatchers, who fit on-site visits together and find clients near a technician’s next appointment.
- Technicians, who look up where a client’s sites are.
How it works, in short
Section titled “How it works, in short”- The first time anyone in your company opens Client Mapper, it indexes your ConnectWise companies, contacts and agreements. This happens once, on Nilear’s servers.
- Maps are answered from that index, so counting and opening them never waits on ConnectWise. The index stays up to date as your ConnectWise changes.
- Each person sees only the clients their own ConnectWise access lets them see.
What it needs
Section titled “What it needs”- A ConnectWise PSA with a Nilear subscription. Client Mapper is part of every plan, and the free Client Mapper plan is Client Mapper alone.
- Each member’s Client Mapper level, set on the Members page. Viewing maps needs Read Only; saving them needs Read/Write.
