Configuration Station
Configuration Station helps you keep your clients’ ConnectWise configurations complete and up to date. It is made of two tools:
- Configuration Checklist: a report of every client’s configurations, scored, showing which configuration types are missing, which configurations are incomplete, and which are due for review. From it you open any configuration and correct it; your changes are saved to ConnectWise as you make them.
- Configuration Review: technicians review configurations in MTX as review tickets, confirming each value one by one, on a cycle you choose for each configuration type. With Score My Team, reviewers earn points for it.
