Nilear Live
Nilear Live streams live ConnectWise ticket updates to Microsoft Teams. It is a one-to-one chat between your Teams account and Nilear-Chat, Nilear’s Teams app, linked to your own Nilear account. Each member links their own chat and chooses what it sends them.
What it sends you
Section titled “What it sends you”- Ticket updates: new tickets, customer replies, notes, and tickets going in and out of In Progress, as cards with the ticket’s company, contact, board, status and the note that was added, and a button to open the ticket. You choose which boards, which kinds of update and which companies.
- Schedule updates: when someone schedules you for a ticket, or changes one of your ticket schedules.
- Lunch and AFK updates: when your colleagues go to lunch or step away from their keyboard, and when they are back.
- Peer reviews: your team’s public reviews from Score My Team’s Peer Review, and reviews of you.
What you can do from Teams
Section titled “What you can do from Teams”- Mark yourself at Lunch or AFK (away from keyboard), until a time or for a number of minutes, and end it. It shows on the Availability board in MTX and the Time Machine.
- Review a colleague with the Peer Review Wizard, like a review, or post a tip of the day.
- Change your basic settings with the Settings command.
Who it is for
