Connect Codex

Your address is on Account > AI Clients at my.nilear.com, under Your MCP URL for this PSA, in the form https://mcp.nilear.com/psa/<your PSA's id>/mcp. The page’s How to connect section has these same steps with your address already filled in. If the page shows no address, see Troubleshooting.

From the command line

1. Run these two commands in a terminal, with your address:

   codex mcp add nilearx --url https://mcp.nilear.com/psa/<your PSA's id>/mcp
   codex mcp login nilearx

   The second opens Nilear’s Connect an AI client page in your browser.

2. Sign in if asked, check the details and click Approve (what the page shows).

From the ChatGPT desktop app

1. Open Settings, then Plugins, choose MCPs and Add.
2. Name it nilearx, choose Streamable HTTP, enter your address as its URL and save, then choose Restart. Your browser opens Nilear’s Connect an AI client page.
3. Sign in if asked, check the details and click Approve.

The tools work in Codex, not in ChatGPT’s own chats. To stop the connection, revoke it.
