Access levels

ConnectActive is either on or off for each member: there is no read-only mode. A member who has it sees the ConnectActive card on Nilear’s home page and can do everything in ConnectActive, settings included.

Your company’s Admins set it on the Members page of Nilear’s account area at my.nilear.com, where ConnectActive has a level like each other module.

Nilear level Admin or Manager	Always on
Nilear level NoAccess	Always off
Anyone else	On when their own ConnectActive level is ReadWrite or above; without one, the company’s default for ConnectActive; without that, their Nilear level. ReadOnly means off.

ConnectActive must also be in your plan. It is in every plan except the free Client Mapper plan, and the ConnectActive plan has it alone.
