Access levels

Each member’s access is set on the Members page of Nilear’s account area, at my.nilear.com: their NilearX level (No Access, Read Only, Read/Write, Manager or Admin), and their level in each product, such as the MTX column on the Access tab. A member with no MTX level of their own takes the MTX default from the Defaults row, else their NilearX level.

MTX must be part of your company’s subscription. Then:

Member Uses MTX
NilearX level Admin or Manager Always.
NilearX level No Access Never.
Otherwise When their MTX level is Read/Write or higher. Read Only does not give MTX.
