Conditions

A map’s criteria are a group of conditions: all of them must match, any of them, or none of them. Each value a condition names must be one of your ConnectWise’s own values; criteria naming a value you do not have are refused when saved, naming the condition.

  • A site condition limits the sites shown: a company with one site in PA and one in NJ, mapped for “State PA”, shows only its PA site.
  • Country matches a two-letter code or the country’s name, ignoring case: “US” matches sites in “United States”, “United States of America” or “USA”; “GB” matches “UK” and “Great Britain”.
  • An agreement is active when it has started, is not cancelled, and has no end date or one that has not passed, judged when the map is counted.
  • A distance can only narrow a map: it must not sit inside an any of or none of group, at any depth.
  • A deleted company or contact never matches.
  • A condition whose value has since gone from your ConnectWise matches nothing, and is shown as broken on the map.
