Submit a peer review

Peer reviews are sent from Microsoft Teams, in your chat with Nilear Live’s Nilear-Chat app. Link your account first: see Get started with Nilear Live. Review in real time: don’t wait until later to review someone who has just helped you, or not.

How reviews are scored and published is in Peer Review.

  1. In your Nilear-Chat conversation, send Review. The Peer Review Wizard card appears.
  2. Under Select a member to review, choose the member.
  3. Under Select Rating Type, choose Great (4 Star), Good (3 Star), Poor (2 Star), Bad (1 Star) or Could Improve By.
  4. In Review, write a unique review. The member’s name and rating are added to it for you.
  5. Turn Publish as a Public Review on for a public review, or leave it off for a private one.
  6. Click Submit. The card tells you when the review will be posted.

Write the review as a message that includes [1-4][*,#][username]:

  • 1 to 4: the rating, 1 Bad, 2 Poor, 3 Good, 4 Great;
  • * for a public review, # for a private one;
  • the member’s username, or their first name if it is unique.

For example: 4*Greg managed XYZCorp's migration perfectly today.

A posted review carries a like code, such as (Like 1530). To like it, react to the review in Teams, or send Like 1530. Your like is anonymous. You cannot like your own review, but you can like one about you.

Send Tip followed by your tip, for example Tip Remember to always verify the contact when receiving incoming calls. Tips earn no points.
