What it keeps
Section titled “What it keeps”Score My Team keeps, in Nilear, your ScoreBooks and ScoreCards, the points and scores it works out for each member and week, your Rocks and custom points, the scores you enter in custom modules and their notes, and the peer reviews and likes your team submits.
Peer reviews
Section titled “Peer reviews”Peer reviews are submitted from Microsoft Teams through Nilear Live. A reviewer stays anonymous to other members unless they are a manager. A private review’s text is shown only to managers; the member reviewed sees its rating. See Peer Review.
Who can see what
Section titled “Who can see what”- Managers and Admins see every ScoreBook and every score.
- Other members see the ScoreBooks they are in, or all of them with the Any ScoreBook setting.
- During a week, members see only their own scores; the ScoreBook’s other scores are shown once the week has ended.
- Each member sees their own Peer Review score; others’ are hidden except from managers.
The full list is in Access.
Talking to your team about it
Section titled “Talking to your team about it”Scores about people are sensitive. Tell members which modules score them and how, before the first ScoreCard starts, and use scores as feedback rather than as the only measure of a person’s work.
