Map OUs to an addition
An OU mapping sets an agreement addition’s count to the number of active users under the OUs you choose. It is available when the company syncs Active Directory or Google Workspace; for a Microsoft 365-only company the card says Not Available for Microsoft 365.
- Open the company’s Agreements page.
- On Overview, click SELECT under OU Mapping, then Create an OU to Agreement Addition Mapping.
- Choose the addition in Select Agreement Addition, or create it.
- Set the invoice options and counts (Mapping options).
- Tick the OUs to count. The mapping shows OUs selected to include; with none ticked it says You must select at least one OU. For each ticked OU, the icon next to it chooses whether its child OUs are included.
- Click Perform Sync, check the count on the Review Form, and click COMMIT.
The addition is updated by every sync that finds a change.
To count only a group’s or a license’s users in some OUs, rather than everyone in the OUs, use an OU filter on that mapping instead: Split a mapping by OU.
