Turn ScheduleSync off for a member

Each member has a Schedule Sync and a Travel Sync switch. A member’s switch decides whether the company-wide feature works on that member’s schedule. Use it for someone whose Dispatch Portal should be left as it is, such as a dispatcher or a member who never goes on site. You need the Admin access level.

1. Sign in at my.nilear.com and open the account area’s Members page.
2. On the Access tab, find the Schedule Sync and Travel Sync columns.
3. Choose the member’s value:
   • Default (On) or Default (Off): the member follows the Defaults row at the top of the table, and the label shows what that gives.
   • On or Off: the member’s own choice, whatever the default.

To change it for everyone without a choice of their own, change the column’s value in the Defaults row.

What else turns it off

• A member whose NilearX-wide level is No Access has both switches off, and they cannot be turned on.
• When the company-wide switch is off on the ScheduleSync settings page, no member’s switch turns it on.
• ScheduleSync does not work for a member who is inactive or disabled in Nilear.
