Troubleshooting
No Configuration Station tile, or no Configs tab content
Section titled “No Configuration Station tile, or no Configs tab content”The member has no Config Station access. An Admin sets it on the Members page at my.nilear.com. See Access. Configuration Station is not part of a ConnectActive-only plan.
A client is missing from the checklist
Section titled “A client is missing from the checklist”The checklist lists active companies that one of your configuration types applies to. Check that the client’s company type is ticked under some type’s Company Types, or that it has a current agreement (not cancelled, not ended) of a type ticked under Agreement Types. See Require configuration types and fields.
A score looks wrong
Section titled “A score looks wrong”- Missing counts a type the client should not need. One of that type’s ticked company or agreement types matches the client. Untick it if that company or agreement type should not require it.
- A configuration is warned about with nothing empty. It may have an unanswered required question, a review due, or the same name as another configuration.
- A placeholder configuration drags the score down. Put n/a in its name.
See The checklist score.
Nothing comes up for review in MTX
Section titled “Nothing comes up for review in MTX”Check in order:
- Is there a Review tab under Configs? If not, no review board is chosen: an administrator sets one in Configuration Review Settings. Members see the tab the next time MTX starts.
- Does the configuration’s type have a review cycle? Never means it is never reviewed.
- Is the client’s company type flagged as an active customer? Only those companies’ configurations come up, set on Nilear’s Settings, Company Types page.
- Is the configuration active, and without an open review ticket?
- Was it reviewed within its cycle? Then it is not due yet. See Review cycles.
A review ticket cannot be started
Section titled “A review ticket cannot be started”You have more than one earlier review ticket today with open tasks. Finish marking off one of them. See Review a configuration.
A configuration is read-only
Section titled “A configuration is read-only”It has a required question unanswered or an invalid drop-down value. Use the Configuration Fixer. See Edit a configuration.
