Company statuses
Section titled “Company statuses”| Status | Meaning | Do |

| Not Syncing | Set up, but not in the daily sync, or not synced for three days | Perform and commit a sync |
| Deactivated / [DEACTIVATED] | Taken out of the daily sync | Activate to resume |
| QUEUED | A sync is waiting to run | Wait |
| Never | Never synced | Perform and commit the first sync |
| (n Unassigned License) | Microsoft 365 licenses bought but not assigned | Check with the client, or tick Exclude Unassigned Licenses from Count |
Source messages

Matching Form and Review Form
Section titled “Matching Form and Review Form”| Shown | Meaning |

| DISABLED | The account is disabled in the directory |
| UNLICENSED | A Microsoft 365 account with no license |
| source Only | The user is in one source only, such as Microsoft 365 Only |
| SKIPPING ONCE | Left out of this sync by Skip Once |
| Email Address Already Matched | Another user is already matched to a contact with this email address |
| NO OUs SELECTED | An OU mapping has no OU ticked and counts no one |
| Agreement Addition Not Selected for … | A mapping has no addition yet |
| Failed to update due to … | ConnectWise refused the addition change; the reason follows |
Mapping messages
Section titled “Mapping messages”| Message | Meaning |

| You must select an Agreement Addition (or check “Ignore this License”) | The mapping or license is not set up yet |
| Prorate Not Enabled on this Addition | The agreement or the mapping’s setting does not allow prorating |
| Refunding Not Enabled on this Addition | Refunds are off for this addition |
| The source Sync Source was removed. … | The mapping is detached; choose a new group or license |
| No Groups are available from this Company’s current Sync Sources. | Add a source, or remove the mapping to free its addition |
| (Already Mapped Company-Wide or to another Group, License or OU) | The addition belongs to another mapping |
