Company-wide

On the ScheduleSync page, under Settings at app.nilear.com. Only administrators can open the page or change it.

Setting	Buttons	A new account starts

TravelSync	Turn TravelSync ON / Turn TravelSync OFF	On

The ScheduleSync card on the Settings page shows Last Review with the day an administrator last opened the page, or Never.

The page and the Settings card are not shown on a ConnectActive-only account.

Per member

On the Members page of the account area at my.nilear.com, Access tab. Only Admins can open it.

Column	Choices	Notes
Schedule Sync	Default (On) or Default (Off), On, Off	Default follows the Defaults row.
Travel Sync	Default (On) or Default (Off), On, Off	Default follows the Defaults row.

A member whose NilearX-wide level is No Access has both off. Both company-wide switches apply on top: a member’s On does nothing while the company-wide switch is off.

What TravelSync reads from ConnectWise and Nilear

Needed	Where it comes from
Which appointments are on site	The schedule location’s on-site flag, in ConnectWise
Travel schedule types	Types named with Travel To and Travel From (or Travel Return)
A technician’s office	Their default schedule location’s address, else their default location’s, else your company’s address
A technician’s home	Their home address in Nilear, and whether they work from home
Their working day	Their MTX availability, else their ConnectWise calendar, else 9:00 to 17:00

Messages

ScheduleSync shows no message about its own work: the Dispatch Portal is the result. The messages you can see are on the settings pages.

Message	Cause	Fix
Your account does not have Administrator Rights to perform this action.	You changed a company-wide switch without being an administrator.	Ask an administrator.
Unable to change ScheduleSync Setting / Unable to change TravelSync Setting	A member’s switch could not be saved.	Try again; change members’ switches on the Members page at my.nilear.com.
