- Deactivate ScoreBooks
ScoreBooks can now be deactivated/activated by updating its "Active" checkbox. ScoreBooks that have been deactivated will only show under management accounts and will not be listed by default.
- Real-time Ticketing Correction for Hours Deducted
The scoring logic for Real-time Ticketing was updated to better interpret hours deducted on time entries entered.
- Configuration and Timesheet Reports Updated
The drill-down reports for the Configuration and Timesheet Scoring Modules have been updated to the new UI.
- Timesheets Scoring Acknowledge Modifications
Under the Timesheets Scoring Modules, Score My Team will deduct points for modifications made to a time entry.
- Real-time Level Modules will now include Level Configurations Attachments
Starting October 10, 2021, the Real-time Level modules will now include points for configuration attachments with the highest point value per ticket per member.
