Mark Working Notes Internal or Resolution
The three-dot menu of a working note in Work on Ticket now offers Mark as Internal Note and Mark as Resolution Note in place of Mark as Internal Time Note. A marked note is labeled INTERNAL or RESOLUTION.
When the session’s time entry is saved, the unmarked notes go on the time entry as before. The Internal notes go into the time entry’s internal notes, as Mark as Internal Time Note did, and also become one Internal Analysis ticket note; the Resolution notes become one Resolution ticket note. Each ticket note keeps the order the notes appear in. When every note carries the same mark, the time entry itself is flagged Internal Analysis or Resolution and no separate ticket note is written. With Don’t Record Time, each kind is saved as a ticket note of its own.
