Updated changed to Modified
The “Updated” column has been replaced with “Modified”. Modified differs from Updated in that Modified is only updated when the ticket’s state/status changes or the content of the ticket changes. Other ticket property updates, such as changing the ticket’s Source value, will not change the last Modified date.
