Availability Board Active Roles
You can optionally assign one an active role for the day. This is most commonly used when assigned additional or different work for the day. You can also opt to use this field however you organization chooses.
Examples include “Shadowing” another tech, “Sales Calls”, or taking over “Dispatcher” when the primary dispatcher is off.
