Open Ticket after Wrap-up
In the event you wish to perform some additional administrative tasks against a ticket after completing your “Work on Ticket” session, MTX can open the Ticket Summary View again for the ticket after Wrap-up by enabling the checkbox under the Wrap-up steps.
