Office 365 Contact Address to Site Mapping
If an Office 365/Azure AD user has address information populated, ConnectActive will attempt to match their address to a Company Site in ConnectWise. As Active Directory does not provide this information, this feature is limited to only syncs that include Office 365/Azure AD.
