AFK Integration for In/Out Boards
For MSPs that have enabled In/Out Board integration with Nilear, AFK does not propagate to the ConnectWise Manage In/Out Board by default. If an MSP wishes to have AFK propgated, the MSP can add “AFK” to ConnectWise Manage under the Manage Client -> System -> Setup Tables -> In/Out Types and Nilear will then sync AFK updates to the In/Out Board.
