PowerShell Scripts will now Enforce TLS v1.2

Previous PowerShell scripts uploaded AD data to ConnectActive using the host’s default TLS setting. Newly downloaded versions of the PowerShell script will now force TLS v1.2 when uploading data to ConnectActive.
